Long-time CCSC board member Peter Reinhart is the Chef on Assignment at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, a frequent guest on Charlotte Talks with Mike Collins, and author of 12 books on bread, food & culture, and pizza. With four James Beard Awards for his books and his bread, Peter's latest book, Perfect Pan Pizza, celebrates the many pizzas baked in pans, from Sicilian, Focaccia, Roman-style and “Grandma” pizzas, to the hottest new trend, Detroit-style deep-pan pizza.
